The company emerged from the desire to enhance conventional life-cycle asset management (LCAM) techniques.  The processes that we recommend encompass sustainable design principles and climate change considerations while providing an un-biased consideration of life-cycle and whole-life costs.

In order to promote the application of viable practices, we actively participate in Canadian and international technical committees developing standards on service life planning, sustainable design and environmental performance of built assets.
